A weak or interrupted internet connection may delay the delivery of your purchased items. If you've completed a purchase but haven't received your items, please follow these steps:
Make sure your internet connection is stable;
Check if your payment method is updated and that it is accepted by the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store;
Close the game and reopen it to check if the items were delivered.
